not a coupon but a coupon printing question!

How does everyone get java to work on their computer to print coupons? I am really trying to print the 1.00 astro off websaver. I got the latest java download and even went on the java website and hit the button to test if it is working and my sistem information loaded and said it was working. I hit the "allow" and "always allow" buttons when prompted. I went into settings and checked if it was enabled and it was. I tried Ie and chrome and nothing works! My printers on, has ink, it's connected.

I have been trying to figure out this java issue forever now. Any suggestions??

I was having trouble too for a while in the address bar at the begining does a little red lego looking thing pop up click it and pressa ctivate it shows up again in the address bar click it again and click activate all plugins, i ahev to do this everytime now hope this helps
don't you just love when they upgrade things to make it easier on us???????

ugh, i know. i see no red thingy by address bar went to control panel (not websaver test print) ,printed test page and it worked fine.

Ive had the same problem for forever! The download for Java would always popup when i wanted to print and i always downloaded, followed all the instructions, etc and it never worked. I spent about 2 hours the other day trying to figure everything out. I kept downloading etc, and in the end i got a message saying that my Java was disabled! I never disabled Java but anyway. Just kept on trying and trying and trying and i dont know what i did, but it works now. I think you need to play with Java, i think its got something to do with the updates.

Ditto with everyone! I couldn't get it working on Firefox, but did get it to work on IE. I just kept trying things; uninstall/reinstall, clear cookies, and turning off the pop-up blocker. Now I can print smartsource and websaver, but still am having problems with Facebook offers.

I gave up. I had all the same issues with Firefox as you BC Gal, but since I just am not fond of the printable coupons anyway, I decided it was not worth my time. OP, I know Snow In Summer is pretty good at understanding it, ask her maybe?
