Did you have strep throat recently? or a really sore throat? it's not common in adults but it could be rheumatic fever. The tests your doctor did should tell you that though.

I had a bad cold virus, the begining of Dec, but the test came back no strep throat. But I won't know these test results until Monday when I go back for my follow up.

What's it like in Alberta? Are you able to go straight to an allergist? Or do you need a referral to one? (In Ontario you need a referral to get an appointment with a specialist). You know where I stand on allergies!!!

Here everything is by referral too. Unless you want to pay big bucks and hope you can find a private clinic.

Ok good I went through a weird phase where I'd break out in random hives, but never to the extreme that you're experiencing I also know someone who breaks out in really bad hives all over when it's cold out too. I really hope the blood tests give you some answers though!!

P.S. I didn't get the free Maple Leaf bacon today...*sigh* maybe tomorrow...

I would be one giant hive in Alaska, lol! I wonder if I could get a prescription for a warm beach somewhere :0)

Yup, very beautiful up there, I am just not sure I want to be that far away from family, even if the hunting and fishing are great and he would get paid more. That and I like summer and growing pretty flowers and tasty vegetables up there I will only be growing moss and some lichens on the trees

me too, I did a up a big family tree a couple of years ago. My auntie is really into it on my dads side. Haven't really been able to do much since having DD though, no time for it.

My grandma also wrote her memoirs after I ask her to after my Nana wrote hers! . My grandma live in London all through WWII!
