eBay Bucks is (almost) dead

eBay will be ending the Bucks program in Canada on March 31st, with the last rebate/coupons given in April.

I received the same email. Maybe now other rebates sites will be allowed to offer rebates through eBay purchases.

Unless you frequently buy things on Ebay and spend large amounts of money on there I don't think too many people will that upset over this.
Ebay used to be amazing for deals, but due to rising postage costs and listing/final value fees the deals suck.

You've been able to get Air Miles (such as they are... each mile is worth 10.5 cents redeemed) when buying through ebay for a while:

Remember if you're on an international ebay site to make the purchase there; then go though and do the actual payment on ebay.ca, otherwise you won't get the miles.

I sold some electronic junk on ebay before Christmas, even though I was getting like $15-20 per item I was only keeping $2 or less after all the fees and postage. Not really worth it for buyers or sellers anymore. In "rage at Canada Post" news, I can ship 2lb to California cheaper than within my own province, grr.

not surprised, this program sucked.
i bought a few presents here and there, and rarely had more than $0.30 at a time in my account and it would just expire before i could use it sooo no point really lol
