Just to let you know, Metro does not take printed coupons. It states it in their coupon acceptance policy.

Some manufacturers allow you to phone or email them directly to request coupons (such as Johnson & Johnson). Often they are worth more and can be used on a wider range of products from the same company.
The Aveeno coupon is worth $3.00 off any Aveno product, for example. So whether you have a baby or not you may still be able to use one of these coupons for something you need. They are great for trading because they are often useful for a range of products.
There are threads elsewhere in this website listing companies to contact for coupons - that's how I found out about it and have started receiving them.
Good luck!

These sales are almost over but i thought i'd add that coop/marketplace stores (here in MB anyway) has Kellogg cereals like mini whear, corn pops, fruit loops and others on for $2.99 with the $1 off printables or other coupons they would be $1.99 each.
