how can you watch so many ads is there not a limit on them:
There is Daily and Monthly Limit for these Ads:

- Standard Members can click at max 7 Ads per day (some countries can click more).
- Premium Members can click at max 12 Ads per day (some countries will be able to click more).

I have up graded too but I still do not make 30 cents a day??

It maybe your location, time you are online. You have to do the Facebook ads and all the auto surf. If you do, you should make about $0.15 or more right there. If your upgraded make sure you do all 12 facebook ads. The rest is ads and videos. thats all i can say since that all i do

I joined this one under vlindal, looked great. A different way to earn a buck or two.

BUT, when I cashed out the first time (3/6) I got nothing. When I checked my account profile it said I was paid to my paypal account (3/9). 3/11 I sent a support ticket saying I haven't been paid. No response yet so I just sent another, angry, ticket to them an hour ago. Because I've been faithfully clicking the ads and have another $1 built up. I know that isn't much money, but I was going to add these guys to my signature before I found out they won't actually pay me. I was hoping to get a few referrals for this site and we'd all earn together but I can't recommend them yet. I'll let you know if I get a response to my complaint ticket. I'm hoping it's just growing pains or something.

Although I don't have account on this site, but if they insist pay you already, you can always ask for the paypal transaction ID, then you can open ticket from paypal.

That's weird... I've never had an issue receiving payment, the last time I cashed out was on Feb 24 and I received it 3 days later.

The company name on the account is core vizion so if it shows up you will know who it's from. I hope this gets resolved for you soon, let us know what happens.

Dave, I have cashed out every time without problem. I am sure they will fix whatever the problem is. The payments can take up to 7 days and they usually take a day or two to respond to emails. No idea why they would mark it as paid when you havent got it yet though...sounds irritating.

They are slow at everything but they pay so there are no worries.

I hope so. I have no problem waiting, some sites are instant, some take a month. But when they mark me paid I expect that means I've been paid. If they were saying 'pending', I'd say fine - I have to wait a bit, no biggie. But to say I've been paid, when I wasn't, then ignore the support ticket?

Like I said, I hope it's growing pains, because it looks like a great site. They just need to devote a bit more attention to customer service. Without good customer service the bad experiences of customers get around quickly. That's the internet age we live in.

Its not growing pains, they have been around for almost 4 years. I understand you want to be paid and want great customer service, but they are only a few people and they have to help 221,000 people. even if 5% sent a support ticket, thats alot of people to reply to. Also people make mistakes (we are only human) and if you give them time, it will probably get fixed (ive always been paid). Try not to send angry tickets since they usually dont help and make things worse. Just my thoughts. hope it helps, and hope you get your money!

I understand others have been paid but that doesn't mean a whole lot to me because I wasn't and have had two support tickets ignored. I'll give them a couple of days then I'm reporting them to the BBB.

Why? I've submitted 2 support tickets, it's up to them now.

At this point I don't expect a response from them any longer, nor do I expect a resolution. I will give it until Wednesday though, and that point I am complaining to the BBB.

And for anyone reading this thread who is not a member of CashnHits, I do NOT recommend them. I'm a member of a dozen of these sites and this is the first one that not only didn't pay, but also didn't respond to support requests.

Edit: On Wednesday I'll also add a caution to my signature that nobody should join this site. I am beyond unimpressed.

Thats up to you. I would try the forum as well, since you want to be paid. As for not recommending them, thats up to you. They are listed as an elite site, and I dont think it will stop anyone from joining. Plus there are member here getting paid without a problem. I still hope you get paid but I dont think this site is for you.

If they won't pay me or respond to the support tickets then you're absolutely correct that they aren't right for me. Who would they be right for under those circumstances?

Reporting them to the BBB tomorrow and adjusting my signature here so others know of my experience.
