    I printed the coupons.
I found a few that say "Redeemable at Target Stores only", like the $5 off the Threshold 4 Leg ironing board and the ones for "Up and Up" Target products. At the top of the coupon, these say "Target Web Coupon"

Me too. It's so much easier just to scroll down to look at all the pages. Some flyers on store websites take forever to load and have too many annoying features. The SDM flyer is the worst! I refuse to view it on their site!

the target items would of course be target only

it is the other items that ppl want coupons for.

it is shameful when stores make you use coupons for their own house brands

Thanks for posting this. Definitely easier to scroll through.

I was really looking forward to Target coming here but I am so so disappointed. I did hear on the news that it was slightly overpriced compared to Wal-Mart in beauty & grocery so I looked for deals in clothing, shoes & toys for my toddler when I went on the weekend. Sadly, I didn't find anything that could compete with Winners & H&M in terms of price & quality. I did see a couple of new brands of toys that I will be watching for sales for in the flyer.

I will be checking the flyer every week for deals but Target will most likely not be a store I will wander into just to browse around, & definitely not a store I will run into if I am low on something & don't care if it's on sale or not.

I was so sure that with Target coming, Sears was the next to go. Now I am not so sure. I honestly don't see how this store is going to stay competitive.

Ventured into the Target at Vic Park/Danforth last night. One word = underwhelmed.

I knew walking in what to expect: no price parity, so-so selection of groceries, etc. Left feeling 'meh'.

Like a lot of fellow SCers, Target won't be a store I'll be frequenting when there are so many others alternatives offering better deals. Much like Metro, will only go when there is a specific item on sale!

My mom and dad went to that Target and spotted the Metro manager -- uniform and nametag and all-- with a notepad writing down prices for stuff. I am guessing there will be a price war since they are in the same plaza....but Metro has the upper hand because it sells produce and Target doesn't.

I am surprised the manager did not go in "plain clothes".
This is what I was hoping for - price wars. More competition is good for the consumer.

I think people from another store doing pricechecking have to get permission to do so.

Was glad to see the first flyer. Had no idea that Perrier had a slim can format ($4.99) which is like the PC Sparkling Juice can! Metro has the case (lime) for $6.99 (seen on Dunda,ON store shelf today) and Sobeys for $5.99 (in flyer).

first 5000 customers got $5 gift card each with their purchase at our nearest target store. they were giving away GC until afternoon. not sure why this was not advertised in the flyer itself
