Dan was a single guy living at home with his father and working in the family business.
When he found out he was going to inherit a fortune when his sickly father died, he decided he needed to find a wife with whom to share his fortune.
One evening, at an investment meeting, he spotted the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Her natural beauty took his breath away.
"I may look like just an ordinary guy," he said to her, "but in just a few years, my father will die and I will inherit $200 million."
Impressed, the woman asked for his business card and three days later, she became his stepmother.
Women are so much better at financial planning than men.

Well, Big Congrats CRN winning $60 and you too with your $20 Lee - better than my $10 and $5 from a couple of scratch tics. I too had bought one for the Lotto Max but came up empty. Yes, I saw that woman dancing around who won - pretty excited but who wouldn't be!!! Wow $40 million richer just like that!!!!
Yes, I think I would have the allergic roomate move out too H team. I mean really, the cats live there too, the roomate can find another place to live on her own but the poor cats can't. Seriously, any little problem and some people just hand their pets over....those poor cats are now homeless living in a cage until such time some caring person comes along and takes them home with them but that can sometimes take time. They were very pretty cats so they may not have too much problem but I hate to think how afraid they are right now........
I had put a picture of Pinky that 12-year-old I was visiting on the way out yesterday but I noticed it didn't seem to be on the page - here she is again - very nice cat - don't know her story but she seems pretty lonely, big fluff ball!
Yes, spartacus I too would help a lot of animals out if I won the lottery for sure! I keep trying.
Hey Wolfie - they must be keeping you busy at work eh? I'm sure I speak for others when I say "We Miss You!"Last edited by ecat444; Thu, Apr 11th, 2013 at 06:55 PM.

Little Old Lady In Court...
Defense Attorney: Will you please state your age?
Old Lady: I am 94 years old.
Defense Attorney: Will you tell us, in your own w...ords, what happened the night of April 1st?
Old Lady: There I was, sitting there in my swing on my front porch on a warm spring evening, when a young man comes creeping up on the porch and sat down beside me.
Defense Attorney: Did you know him?
Old Lady: No, but he sure was friendly.
Defense Attorney: What happened after he sat down?
Old Lady: He started to rub my thigh.
Defense Attorney: Did you stop him?
Old Lady: No, I didn't stop him.
Defense Attorney: Why not?
Little Old Lady: It felt good. Nobody had done that since my Albert died some 30 years ago.
Defense Attorney: What happened next?
Old Lady: He began to rub all over of my body.
Defense Attorney: Did you stop him then?
Old Lady: No, I did not stop him.
Defense Attorney: Why not?
Old Lady: His rubbing made me feel all alive and excited. I haven't felt that good in years!
Defense Attorney: What happened next?
Old Lady: Well, by then, I was feeling so "spicy" that I just laid down and told him 'Take me, young man. Take me now! '
Defense Attorney: Did he take you?
Old Lady: Hell, no! He just yelled, "April Fool!"
And that's when I shot him, the little .

Last night there was a Grand Opening of a sit-down burger joint down here (The Works) I noticed when walking by on my way to the H.S. yesterday that the opening was yesterday and they were giving out free burgers at lunch time and from 5-7 p.m. We went over about 6 p.m. - there was quite a line up. I figured it would go pretty fast and thought they would just be giving burgers to take out but whilst in line a guy working there gave out menus and said no that you'd be sitting at the tables and you could order an appetizer, any type of burger and any side plus a drink - anything but alcohol - so milkshake, floats etc. It was all totally free but they would like you give a donation to a charity down here! Well, thats why it was taking so long - we didn't get a seat until around 8 p.m. and I was starving!!! Some people in there were being pretty inconsiderate to others in line and just taking their time in there. I could see a lady with three kids just letting them play around etc. not giving a damn about the people in line!!
Anyways, the place isn't cheap but they have a big menu, so many burgers and many many types of toppings. They have wine and beer but since that wasn't included I went for a blackberry shake - very tasty. All said and done when three of us finished the bill would have come to $74.00!!!! but we didn't have to pay anything. Gotta love these Grand Openings!!!
Did give a donation of course but no where near what it would have cost for all that food. I image the place will be hopping this summer with all the visitors to the area who get hungry after a day at the beach Hero burgers also opened a couple months ago down here.

I'm getting hungry again!!!!

All alone with Wolfie, I'll cannot stop smirking,
That's why I am signed in & not out there somewhere lurking,
When a girl gets a wolf alone, the howlins' all in stride,
Of course we'll still follow the rules, cause by them we must abide,
Wings & beer on a night that some would call unsparing,
Come on inside & join us where the music will be just a blaring!!
