The puppy is soooo cute but is going to be a lot of work! Adopting a 5 yr old dog was a lot of work, I bet a puppy will be 10x harder!

She is a busy little thing when she is awake but so cute to watch.

Only 44 hours and 39 minutes until she leaves. Dh and MIL just had it out while I went to fold laundry in the basement because I was too angry to speak. I apparently said I had to go to the laundry to basement fold. Lol. Now I'm upstairs with Alexa and I can hear the step-MIL on the phone going on about how she's so mad. Excuse me, you're in my house, have some respect or get the F out.

Loving the last few pages on here, puppies, babies, toddlers, cutie pie faces, packages galore!
well its Sunday, 11:22 am and I'm awake.. with a headache. and achy bones/muscles.... last night was... a blast.. we left about 4:20(20 minutes late). took quite a few pictures at church of all of us. quite happy with them. can't wait to get a few developed and in the frames.. we get in church for mass... and its FREEZING. they had turned off the heat.. we all were shivering..(not the greatest mass either).. half way through my son left 'to go the bathroom' ie home to start up his music... a few minutes later my husbands like where is he?? so he went to check, comes back.. he's not there.
UMMM he went home as he needed to 'go'.. oh he says.. lol
so then we left.. i turned on my phone, get a text from my friend saying. 'drop by the centre' its her bf's birthday.. (not ) so he's like what, im going to see my sister. just 2 seconds honey...walk in.. there’s like 3 ppl there.. .they all yell surprise. he's like ?????? I turn and say happy anniversary honey.. (Im VERY disappointed at this point) as no one else was there yet) he just looks at me like OK... he was happy just shocked. Thankfully within a few minutes a few more ppl came including his best friend..
However that was it. Nearly half of those I’d invited never showed up….. Meh more food for us….
So anyway we talked, dance, drank.. Only to find out about ¾ way through a bottle, it wasn’t a licensed room.. OOPS. Oh well. … we partied til nearly 10.. 4 straight hours… the last of the invitees helped us clean up and bring stuff home.
I went straight to bed (until a cab driver woke us up at 3am knocking on the door???)
Anyway, I’m nursing a slight headache. Its getting better. Well for now, that’s my update.

I really didn't appreciate my alarm clock this morning, ......one day that I can sleep in and I have 3 kittens racing around my bed and attacking any body part that moves and their mom who has gone into season again screaming around the house....... I starting cleaning house at 6 this morning, and now that kids are finally awake, I am going to finish all the trim and baseboard in the kids play room..... Mmwwwaaahahahh.... Me and power tools......

I'm at the mall with the step-MIL et al. She obviously had to start drinking with breakfast. Thank God for Don being Don. Patience for my frustration and a backbone for his family. She has no recollection of the argument last night etc.

so plans for today turned into cleaning house, so much more stuff brought home (food and decorations) then i remember taking LOL.. hubby also bought a tray of pineapples, strawberries at a market yesterday and is making fruit smoothies now.. SO yummy. but def. need a better juicer. any recommendations??
