zephara, how soon did you get the email after you requested it? i vaguely remember requesting it in december but i didn't hear anything from them. i'll try again.
zoodle, if you go on the link, it's a page that allows you to write anything in a message box.

I've sent fanpack requests to many NHL teams and received a few in the mail. the best was from the toronto maple leafs, they sent me a t-shirt........ but i sent them a picture of my kitten wearing a leaf's shirt and they loved it. other teams that send goodies are Nashville, Buffalo, Montreal, Minnesota.....

I've gotten a ridiculous amount of fan packs! I was really into it a couple years ago, and I wish I'd kept a list of every team I recieved something from. I will say don't just try NHL teams! NFL, NBA and even WNBA teams send out fanpacks too! If I remember correctly, the WNBA teams were very generous!

I received my Canucks Fan pack yesterday! Ordered it near the beginning of December.

I got:
4 4x6 Canuck player cards
1 Canucks Sticker
1 Canucks tattoo
A letter saying thanks.

I received a Montreal Canadiens one. All you need to do is go to the Bell Center website and fill out a contact us thing. It Does Come! Its pretty cool. I received 9 autographed cards, a sticker, and some other thing.

I haven't done the Vancouver one but I have done other teams and it varies, depending on the team.
Sometimes they respond saying a package will be mailed out.. other times a package just shows up! :-)

I emailed them my address and a short note requesting a fan pack. They emailed me back a few days later saying that "due to the volume of fan pack requests, your fan pack maybe delayed"

This is the only email I received from them and took over 2 months to receive it and I live in Vancouver! Hope this helps, try emailing them back. Good luck, you don't get much but, hey it's free!

Yay! I got mine today! I can't remember how long it actually took, but a really long time. And I never got any correspondence (e-mail or confirmation) from them ever, it just came.

I got mine today too. Just a few pictures, a sticker and a tattoo.

I got another one today as well? 2 packs!

hi ive wrote to fan clubs before and never gotten anything but i received a fan pack thing stickers and pictures so it does come don't remeber when i did it but i don't think it was that long. It said to write to individual players as they all answer there fans?

Wrote to almost all of the NHL teams, so far Pittsburgh and Calgary have responded.
Penguins are sending out a picture of Crosby (they don't have fanpacks to give out), but Calgary is the best of them all, so far.
They not only kept in touch for a few days for additional details about the fanpack, but have sent it out via Purolator. I haven't picked it up yet, but I'll let you know what's in it when I do.

Quick endnote, I'm an Edmonton fan, and I asked them about a fanpack months ago with no response. Being treated this well by Calgary... I just might convert! :wav:
