I tried this earlier in the week, haven't heard anything back yet. I did get a reply from the Boston Bruins saying they can't send fanpacks out of the US.
I requested from Leafs and Canadiens as well for my 9yo son. Will post if I receive anything!
I did this last year (learned about through SC I believe!), and I ordered an Ottawa Senators pack and a Montreal Canadiens pack in November ('07).
I got the Sens one in January, and the Canadiens one in March. I never got an email response back...just the packs in the mail one day!
Each one had trading cards, pictures, stickers and patches. Nothing really spectacular, but fun and free none the less.
Just plan on waiting a while!

I ordered one a while ago and just recieved it today. (Montreal Canadians) There are 10 player cards signed on the back, a logo sticker and a game schedule. not too bad for a freebie. haha

I emailed the leafs a while back and got a pack about two weeks ago-- it had a leafs/marlies schedule, pack of player cards, stickers, tattoos and a wrist band.... oh and those blow up tubes that you bang together.. Quite good actually!!

some teams will email you back and tell u that they are sending it and some wont email you but send the packs..

I just requested one from the Oilers. You think if it doesn't come I could send the previous post to them and say "Hey! But Calgary does it for THEIR fans! Maybe I should start cheering for them now, eh??" LoL :lolsign:
i ordered one from every nhl team and i have received one from toronto, buffalo, minnesota, and columbus..each one comes with something different, it is really neat :)

fan pack usually has information about the teams and sometimes stickers, key chains, magnets. I used to send away years ago. The best NHL team was the Nashville Predators they sent key chains, magnets, a metal money clip even!

I tried to order Boston but they can't because I don't live in the USA
Wow...I wish I had the time to order all of these.
So far I have received emails from Montreal,Toronto and Pittsburgh (a US team I know but was hoping...) and they have said they are out :bawling: (the CDN teams) and they can't send them out due to "licensing issues" :confused: from Pittsburgh.
That is what I have heard so far - its not too promising. I will update as I hear more from these teams.
