Yesterday I was in a local No Frills and came across a 3-pack of cascade dishwasher tabs.
I read every last word on the package and no where did it say 'travel' or 'trial' size but we can assume this is what that size is supposed to be. The package is for $1.
If the package doesn't say the words, trial or travel, can I purchase it with a coupon (that does indeed refuse the use of coupon on those specific items)??
I know it's far fetch because I can assume that's what those mini packs are but it doesn't say anything on the label of the actual product. If I try and use a coupon on this item, is this abuse of coupons? This thread is currently associated with: No Frills

Do any trial size or travel size items actually state "trial size" or "travel size" on the package?
If they state not valid on trial size on the coupon, I would think that a 3 pack of Cascade would indeed be a trial size.

There is a specific size, trail size for travelling and if you have to be below that and if you exceed obviously you will be charged for that.

That is a trial size. It's nowhere near the size of their regular packages. You don't buy 3 dishwasher tabs on your regular shopping trip. You buy a pack of 15, 20, 30, 50, 100 etc. Just like you don't buy 3 garbage bags.
Just because it doesn't say trial size doesn't mean it isn't. Use good judgement and it's very obvious what is a trial/travel size and what isn't.

Definitely good answers listed above.
I didn't buy it, nor did I try and use a coupon with it.
Good judgement is definitely the way to go with this situation.
