Hello everyone, I'm posting this request (she doesn't know I am) for a friend of mine who's facing some tough times financially. She's a single mother of two children and is on limited income. She came to me in tears today explaining that they were going to shut off her electricity unless she was able to pay the past due balance by May 18th. It was disheartening to see her in this state as I know she does do everything she can in her situation to provide for her two children the best she can. Unfortunately though, she's having a tough time keeping her head above water financially.
