Thread: what do they mean by 'thomann' ?

DH is reading an evaluation about a recorder, he has a french ( bad translated) version
and when he can't cope with the rest of the phrase he ask me and sometimes with the English version i can understand but this time we don't have the English version and when it comes to some technical terms , i can't always understand .
....so, please please, please help me ......what do they mean by 'thomann' ?
my guess is, it has something to do with the sound ???

i googled it and it appears that Thomann is a brand

Perhaps if we could see the word in context. the word alone might not be enough, but if it was known what section of the manual, and how it's used in the sentence or paragraph, it might be a typo or poorly translated word. Even if it's in French.
