I am not from Ontario but I am pretty sure the last few weeks or even now they are on sale at No Frills or FreshCo

CouponQueen! There might be other blitzes scheduled but I too waited but this week WM has them for 97 cents and if they do not have any and many locations here in Ottawa anyways are not getting any at ll. Hust PM somewhere else. Just do not PM too expensive a brush so they will say no and be reasonable in the amounts. I went to RCSS and PM toothbrushes that were 2.17 and got 12 and they PM no problem.
