We did two transactions because we didn't want to do 20 Barilla at one time, so 10 for me and 10 for DH at different cash. Cashier asked customer in front of DH about deal of the week. Did not ask DH. DH said you did not ask me about deal of the week. Cashier said that she said it loud enough for the other customer and DH to hear. Hey, that's not right. DH should've gone to CS and complain.

Ok,I see it is because of that.Mine is only a Maxi.As I understand the deal of the week is like IGA when you spend 70$ get a free product,but Maxi and cie (if they dont ask they give it to you for free) or you can have it without a minimal purchase example you want it a 2,49$ and you will paid that with your purchase.Sorry if I am not clear,it is the way I understand it.

So what you are saying is that the Listerine is not 2.47 but a more higher price? I guess that makes sense to be the deal of the week and why cashier has to scan a receipt with bar code to make the Listerine 2.47 and not come up as regular price.
