no frills wouldnt take my $10 olay..and the body washes were 2.99 each!
i'm too chicken to complain.
The lady kept saying it had to look like the items in the picture.
so i went to pharma plus next door and olay body washes for 4.99 + bonus travel size olay quench.
I grabbed 2 of those and a pack of 2 olay soap (2.49)=12.47 (b4 tax)
so i ended up saving $13.40...paid 4.09 in tax
this deal was better than my trip to SDM where i got
5.99 facial exfoliator+ bonus facial wipes + 2 olay quench (2.79 each)=11.57
cuz technically i got 5 things at pharma for a buck more.
Sigh* but i'm not good with coupons. LOL some of you guys got stuff with everything included with the $10 wub 3 olay coupon.
Gonna keep..looking
BTW: No frills has a gift pack of St. ives stuff (three 532ml bottles) for 9.99!
i had a one dollar off coupon too.
Pretty worth it cuz individually each body wash/lotion is $5+.
/edit ZELLERS has 9.99 st. ives gift set too.

Aww... some of these places really give trouble with coupons. I would say stand your ground on the coupon but sometimes I am too chicken as well. It all depends on my mood. Great haul nonetheless... Dont worry it took me a while to may just taxes on my shopping hauls, you'll get there!

I firmly believe in asking they may say no but they just might say yes! I had no problem with the $10.00 Olay at all @ Superstore

I had enough of this No Frills' business. Everytime they have an excuse of some sort. It's not just the coupons, overall service in No Frills's is just icky! I don't enjoy shopping there, period.
They hire the worst possible people. They act as if customers are out there to get them.
I say, twdollie, don't be intimidated by the rude behaviour and persist when you know that you're right. Call the company (Olay in this case) and complain about the store not honoring their promotions. Don't lose your cool but don't let them off so easy either.

Just leave and go back a different day with another cashier

For Nofrills, it really depends on the cashier. The Nofrills I used to work at would accept any coupon (as long as its applicable to the item). So next time, perhaps try another cashier =]

I know the grocery stores are horrible with the coupons other than grocery coupons.

Used mine today at Walmart. Cost me $7.20 but got 3 large size items. The cashier said to me Oh, you need three things, and I said yep I do, then she said, Wow, great deal that is. I guess it just matters who you get working.
