Has anyone found this insert in Edmonton? I have a feeling it never came out here.. if someone has found it in this town could you please post so that I am not wasting my time looking for it?

my parents got 1 in their examiner - that was last week or the week before that. They live in northwest area and the examiner was delivered to their home. I live in a condo in Northeast and never get the examiner.
