20X WUS $50 - cumulative?

I'm showing my sister the coupon ropes today so it's feasible I might end up at SDM more than once (maybe more than twice!). Two scenarios for the experts:

• If I spend $35 at one SDM, and then $15 at another, will I get 20x the points on the second transaction or neither?
• If I spend $50 at the first SDM, then $20 at another, will I get 20X the points on both transactions or just the first?

You have to spend $50 each time, so it's better to do it all at once since its 20x the total -- so if you spend $65, you get 20x $65 but it has to be in one transaction

Glad I asked, I thought I remembered the 20x the points staying on the account once you hit the $50 threshold once.
