speaking of dogs..... we have decided to adopt a dog into our family. this has been a very hard decision for me as i lost my big boy 4 years ago. we go meet her tomorrow at one of the rescue shelters & if all goes well we will be bringing her home with us. she is anywhere from 12-18mts & retriever/rotti/mastiffX (they think anyway) she is apparently great with kids, cats, other dogs & is quite clam. sounds like she'll be a great fit around here. time to put the dog food & treat coupons on my wishlist i suppose

so, i attempted to finish shopping for my buddy today but with the kids i had with me......next to impossible. very wild & rangy today. not to mention the fighting, oh the fighting....... . i'm gonna finish up one evening next week when i'm ALONE.

Awww Abbey! I'm so glad you are opening your heart and family to a rescue dog! They are the best! We have two hounds. Logan (the surgery patient) came to us from the local Humane Society and Molly came to us all the way from Saskatchewan!

I received the most awesome package today from Venuila!!! Thank you so much! It was great to discover it on the porch after bringing my pup home tonight!

I promise I will post pictures tomorrow - I'm going by memory as to what was in it, it is in the bedroom and everytime I get up, the dog wants to come with me he apparently wasn't listening when the vet said he needed to take it easy tonight and not move around a lot tonight. Please forgive me if I forget to list something....

Hi all!

I'll update the chart later today. Still moving slow. lol. Got home from the US at 1am. Ended up doing 13 hours of shopping and spending wayyyyyyyyyyyyy toooooooo much! Seriously WAY. TOO. MUCH! lol

But I'm more than done my buddy! I'm very hopeful you'll love your package! I'll pack it up tonight and mail first this Monday.

I do have a question though... Buddy can you post pics? If not, I'll take one for you and post after you receive.

I also found so many items I've been hunting for forever! So happy with the trip, other than the price tag of course. lol
