How often can we give trade rating?

I last gave a certain person a trade rating on Dec 8. I have since received a trade and want to rate the person again, but can't. I keep getting this message:

Sorry, but you must wait until 12-08-2008 at 10:12 PM before you can rate this person again.

I have this problem all the time too! It is getting hard to keep track of all the ones that I need to leave feedback for because of this! Is there anyway to remove the limitations as to how often we can leave feedback?

It ended up that I had to wait over a month to give this person rep! Funny thing is, the person had the same problem on their end as well. The system just wouldn't let us.

I keep a notepad dated with trades and when/if rep was given and that works for me.

This measure is to keep the system as genuine as possible and help prevent you guys from getting scammed by fake ratings. You have no idea how much thought goes into this trading system just so that at the end of the day you can feel comfortable trading with people who have a high rating and know they can be trusted.
