sorry buddy but it does not look like i'm going to get your parcel out until official send day. i was hoping to this week but it's been kinda crazy around here. i still need to finish up shopping & the only way to actually finish is to be by myself. still need to track down a box. i'm so looking forward to seeing all these packages.

Just a quick pop in to say Hello!

Been a busy few days but my Spring cleaning is finally done. I know, I know only a few months behind. lol. But it feels so nice to be caught up on the major/intensive cleaning.

I'm glad I got it done before schools out, otherwise my Spring and Fall cleaning would have been getting done at the same time. lol

DH flies out tomorrow so I'm sure I'll be popping in much more often! The kids and I have no plans for the long weekend, except relaxing in the backyard and in the kiddie pool (kids obviously, not me).

What about everyone else? Any exciting long weekend plans?

My pass for the conservation area is up this month so we've been heading to the beach everyday after school and I hope to cash in on my free for the day peddle boat coupon that came with the pass as for the long weekend I would love to get the pool set up but I still need to get the chemical and some sand to lay underneath so unless I don't send a penny more than i have to i may have to wait to get it all in order. For fireworks on Sunday I think there is a local church group that will b e putting on a free show and having games and stuff for the kiddies so I'll most likely be braving that crowd with my group of wildabeasts lol
may even hit up a few garage sales heck might even have one if someone in the neighbourhood does I can't be bothered putting up and taking signs down for the 10 people that end up showing up lol

DH is officially flying back to work and I'm super bummed.

So, to cheer myself up I took a pic of my new fruit stand! I've been looking for one for months! It's technically a "Dessert Stand" and its 3 tiers but its the closest I've seen to a 2 tier fruit stand. I think it looks okay...
