Just found this app the other day:

Its kind of like Checkout 51 and Freshpoints...
Select the store from its lists (I believe its data is from google maps, so any store listed on google works) and scan your receipt from it. You get points from scanning the receipt and additional points from spinning a wheel afterwords.
When spinning the wheel you could also get the chance to win all sort of giftcards (like amazon, starbucks, homedepot, etc..)
The more points you accumulate the better the rewards you get (out of five receipts I scanned, I got 3 x $1 amazon.com giftcards)

There are a few things to note:
1. Points are only accumulated for 1 week, then it resets you back down
2. Only 1 receipt per retailer per day can be scanned
3. Like checkout 51, they must verifiy your receipt before you are awarded your prize
4. In the terms and conditions, it does say its only for the USA, but i've had no problem in Canada

Also this app is hooked up to kiip rewards, so every reciept you scan you get a chance of winning whatever kiip is offering at the time, I've gotten a $5 and a $10 promo code for various websites so far

I would say yes US only it does say this on its main page~ Punchcard works nearly everywhere across the US

It is not US only... I have used it successfully with Canadian receipts.
The only thing that would be US only is redemption of physical prizes and they wouldn't ship to Canada
