Got a product in the mail to test today :) haven't had one in a long time.

^ that's great, I haven't had anything to test either - for just ages.
Mind you, the last survey I did - I had to say I didn't want to test it.

i haven't had a test product since before my kidlet was born... she's currently 7yrs old but i do get surveys atleast sometimes it's 1 a week sometimes it's 1 a month

I did a survey and received 300 points. But I can't see gift cards in the "redeem" section only merchandise. Please can you tell me how I can redeem my points? And how do you get $3, does that mean 300 points are equal to $3? But how can I cash out that? Thank you.

Once you click on the redeem tab & get to the merchandise page on the bottom left side you will see FEATURED AWARDS....click that & you will see a list that has CASH OPTION in there. then just follow the steps to claim your cash if that is what you are looking for. Do not know about gift cards?

OMG OMG first time in over 8 years i got a product in the mail to test/sample/review..yay!

^ That's great! I haven't had anything for a while. Have had a few surveys lately, though.

i've had steady surveys for years... sometimes 1 a week sometimes 1-2 a month for years! but it's been beyond too long since the last product testing

Cannot log into their website says down for maintenance. They never said anything about this & I have not been paid for a survey I completed on Wednesday which is strange. I always get my points the next day?

I haven't had a survey for quiet some time now at least 7 to 8 months if not longer.
