Cheap Printer at Staples with PIC

This is what we call a throw away printer. The Black/Colour ink cartridges combo pack costs more than the printer, 32.96 plus tax at Staples. We now have 4. I think that's enough.

LOL,i do the same thing,went to replace the 4 seperate ink cartridges for my epson all in one,would have been 70.00+,then i saw a cheap hp deskjet 1000 for 29.99 included ink so i bought one as i mainly only use the print function anyway.So i go to replace the ink for th HP printer and discover for both cartridges its 35.00 + so i bought another printer,lol i now have 3 of these.its crazy thats its cheaper to buy it this way than replace the ink.We don't have that enviro fee(yet)

my crappy hp print broke on me last week and my bf got me a $200 brother printer for me, and its kinda too high tech for me, the only function I use is print, lol....i don't know what to says to him,,,,

Sometimes printers come with half-filled cartridges, so it may be that the cartridges aren't the size you'd normally buy.

Try filling the cartridges at Costco. I think it's about $10 after tax to fill a cartridge. It's saved me lots of money.

You have to go to the store. There are floor models with price tag of 19.97 and then brand new ones on top shelf. These are as big as a medium microwave box.

I used to sell computer equipment, yes this is common, not so much they are half filled as they are just smaller demo cartridges.
