Anyone got the rebate? Do you have to buy the Quinoa ones only or any will work? I searched SDM, SS and Target and none had the Quinoa Chocolate Nut Medley ones on the shelf!

I don't think so. If you read the rebate form attentively it says 1 rebate form per purchase, so I guess you need 3 transactions.

This is the only form I found around here and since my Atlantic Superstore didn't even have the product, I emailed them and asked them if I could use this form purchasing the product in another store and they said yes, so I got the boxes at WM

we'll see... I didn't see anything contradicting this on the form so that's what I did
I just sent them an email to ask.... Will let you guys know once I get an answer
