This is not right. The offer is not a complete freebie as people spent time and effort to do the survey (even though it's a short one), hence the promised air miles are like a form of 'payment'. You can't hire an employee, promising $10/hr but at the month end you only pay him $3/hr.

Air Miles is a company that is generally pretty tricky, deceptive, and untrustworthy. Their favourite method is to change rules to suit themselves without CLEARLY informing others upfront about it, or changing rules without any advance warning.

They could have EASILY amended the splash page to say "Drive away with 5 Bonus reward miles for taking this short survey!" instead if the 15 it still clearly reads.

But that wouldn't be tricky then would it? And Airmiles never seems to have a problem with pissing people off. Again and again.

I contacted them on Monday about my missing airmiles and they now added 15 to my account!! Yeah!!!!!!
