    so i got a new laptop and my networked printer doesnt work for smart source...

    not sure why

    it's a windows 8 64bit machine..


    can anyone help me?

    are you trying to print using the wireless wifi on printer? if yes, plug it in maybe?

    yes via wifi... i cannot plug it in the printer is in a hard to access area
