I'm excited to hear all about the first day of JR high school! It was hard to send him off this morning after 2 major concussions in one week (I'm really not a bad mother,he's just a very busy boy ) The doctor said he should probably stay home because focusing on school work might cause a headache but I couldn't take the 1st day of school from him and I figure there won't be much focusing going on this week anyway. He was actually excited this morning Here he is all ready to go

Yep, ours too. Usually they ask for $20 to help buy supplies for the year. Higher grades usually give parents a list of supplies each student needs but since it's a free for all with the younger students, they just prefer you to chip in and everything for the class is bought together.

Wow, really?! That so different from when I was in school. We had a supply room...with supplies!
