Thread: Question Regarding Paypal
-

I used Paypal for the first time last week whilst placing an order with ELF cosmetics. I wanted to take advantage of the $6.95 shipping. From what I noticed, Paypal is able to do this because it charges us in the US $ value and the converts it to the CAD $ value. So is this something we can do for other online stores or is this trick exclusive to ELF? I've paid ridiculous amounts for shipping in the past and I wouldn't mind saving a few bucks if I could
Thank you very much

I believe it was just a deal with ELF. I have used Paypal several times in the past and the shipping charges are usually whatever is on that particular website that your purchasing from.

Thank you DolceBella
Curious as to why you don't like PayPal mcon. I thought it made my online transactions a lot faster!

I like buying from paypal and bestbuy just started taking it, and even offering some incentives right now. I only wished I kept mine a US account so I could buy airline tickets with it.

I don't think its an option. It's based on where you live. I created my first account in 1999 I think, when I was living south. Now I can't buy airline tickets
