my kitchen has has black or red appliances, red oven mitts and cloths my dishes use to be red also but recently found rectangular dishes so they are a blue grey but I love them.

We are moving in to our first home at the end of this month =) Our new kitchen has white cupboards, greyish-brown countertops, multi shades of brown backsplash, light brown walls, and dark brown hardwood floors... sounds so weird when I type it out but there is a pic to make it easier for you!

My kitchen is light beige. My dishes are striped multicolored (blue red black and orange) as are my cups . And our drinking glasses are superheroes and Betty boop . The deco is Paris themed (which I LOVVVEEEEEEEEE .. Fave place ever !) cupboards and countertops light brown .

I will scan the rest of the thread tonight (promise !) and answer all the buddy questions. Been working alot and I'm off tonight so ill be able to go to bed late and fiddle on the puter

For the curious :-P I work as an orderly in a hospital while waiting to be a nurse .

I'm an RPN in a long term care home. But I work as a RAI coordinator in management.

Buddy, I forgot to put these on my wishlist:

- kitchen soap dispenser & sponge holder (I saw one that holds both the liquid dish soap inside and has an opening to place a dish sponge).. to match my above new kitchen, I'd love black/white/brown/or beige)
- lots and lots of tea towels and kitchen towels (any colours that would compliment my new kitchen! white, brown, beige, cream, etc)
- dish rags (I saw some at ikea, if you have an ikea... 3 pk for $0.99!) they said anti-bacterial and odourless but any from any place would do
- cabinet liners to put my dishes on (I think they sell them in rolls so I can cut them to size)
- utensil tray
- anything else that you think I would need for my kitchen that I forgot
- lots and lots of hangers for DD's clothes (kids hangers?)
- lots and lots of hangers for DH & I's clothes (adult hangers?)
- closet organizers?? I have a walk-in closet

And... my RRLF item off my WL: A k-cup carousel OR better yet, a k-cup organizer drawer that sits on the countertop and lets me put my Keurig on top

Someone entertain me. I have been siting and waiting at the Oncologist's office for three hours with no end in sight(no worries. Just a check up). He isn't even here for the day yet due to some emergency and it's already 430. Forgot my book and the newest magazine I can find is from 1999.

ummm what is design????? lol My appliances are white laminate wood looking floor and hoping for a country theme rooster cows or something have this nice new to me buffet that I am hoping to fill up with trinkets or dishes or something lol

Do you mean the 'Surreal' collection? Pretty colours but reviews are a little sketch. I have a hard time with chromes or else I'd be all over that blue!
