This isn't a little irritation, it's a BIG one for me..I work at a store that is Wallylands competition..

What I hate is when a customer is frustrated and after I've tried to help her( it's only ever been women who do this) will say "that's ok, I'll just go to Walmart" I get that your frustrated but really? do you think that by saying this I give a rats *ss?? do you think I'll drop to my knees and BEG you not to go?? I once asked a customer if she needed directions to the closest Walmart..the shocked look I got from her was priceless..
