    Rude service people. The night clerk at our hotel was downright snarky to several patrons. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have called him on it. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favour and find something else.

    More rude service people. We requested a window seat when we went to eat at The Falls (I mean, who wouldn't?). The waitress who saw us to our table told us it could take up to 1/2 an hour, but she said it with a lot of attitude. dh didn't like her tone so he said fine, we'll wait. 3 minutes later, we're seated by another waitress at the window. She was much nicer.
