This happened to me last week while I was hauling water on my walker. Teen guy started walking in front of me for about a block, his pants behind was pulled down below his boxer shorts bottoms; the pants-crotch came to his knees, the rest of his pants were hanging in huge accordian-type wrinkles to his feet, swishing at each step.
I couldn't help myself...I started laughing shortly after he started walking in front of me, and couldn't stop for the whole block. After a while, he kept turning around to look at me, but I still couldn't stop laughing.


Anyway, it irritates me when I can't stop laughing...the choking, snickering, chuckling, bursting-out-at-intervals kind of laughter.
