Noobie that need help!

Just started couponing and have some questions.....

how do I find "inserts?"
when "call in" is mentioned what does that mean?
at shoppers' drug can i buy 4 of the same things with 4 coupons??

Hi and welcome dener Inserts are found in your local paper. They usually come out a couple times a month. Some places do not get inserts. Here is where you will find the dates they come out: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/363315-...2013-a-canada/ . If you do not get them in your paper aroud those dates, call the paper and ask.

Call in refers to calling the various manufacturers of products. Some companies will mail out coupons if you call or email them and ask. For example, Royale will mail out coupons if you call and ask. Also to get mulitple inserts, ask your family to save them for you if they don't coupon themselves. I have a coupon friend that will buy the paper (after seeing if the previews for previews are worth it). In her opinion the $1ish fee for local paper with insert is well worth it when coupon insert is high value. She usually does this x 10.

As for SDM, sure you can. Although , sometimes the odd coupon will say " one per person & per product".
