    Yes, the card has two conflicting sections: the Cashier instructions involve processing your transaction before the card scratch reveal. The contest information indicates no purchase necessary.

    At least there does not seem to be a minimum $5 purchase requirement for this version of the scratch card. However, there is a limit of one card per person.
