Can you use 30% off wub $50 on mega redemption weekend?

Hello everyone this is my first thread and post.
My plan this weekend is to buy a $50 giftcard to get bonus points. Then if I wanted to can I use the coupons they mailed out awhile ago in conjunction to my redemption? I know it applies only to regular priced items
as I will be picking up a few and using coupons on after.

The 30% off coupon is valid AFTER redemptions so as long as you spend at least $50 before taxes on regular priced items you should be able to use it.

ya, a few days ago I was really excited to use the coupon this weekend until I saw the "after redemption" part. It's still a good time to use it and even might be a better deal to use the coupon for some people depending on what they are getting. Say they want a 39 inch Toshiba TV for $399...... $210 off (95K redemption), $57 off (30% coupon) so they spend $132 plus taxes and enviro fee for it.

We were just discussing in another thread that the 20% printable coupon that came out earlier this week (or was it last?) actually worked BEFORE redemptions, even though it said in the fine print after.

Which makes sense, because a redemption is a form of payment.

I used mine on the ps4 a few weeks ago and they took off the 30% first, then I redeemed for $170.

I uses a 20% coupon on the Xbox One and it took $100 off the $500 regular price and then I redeemed $170. Have fun shopping and welcome to SC!

I visited three SDM stores in Etobicoke, Ontario. They will not combine the 30/20 percent coupon with the mega redemption.
I wanted to buy the 39" inch Toshiba TV for 399. So, it's 30 percent off using the coupon brings it down to 280 plus taxes. I will need to wait til Monday to buy and get my 170 dollars off (If they have any in stock). Or I can buy it today and pay 290 plus taxes and save my points. Decisions, decisions.

I tried to use the 30% off coupon, it worked when the cashier punched it in but when I tried to pay for my stuff with a redemption the computer would not let it go through. It might be it didn't work because of the super redemption, so it might have worked on a regular redemption day instead, not sure.

I brought my coupons and heard another customer ask the sales clerk if she could combine both the redemption and the coupon, and the clerk said maybe, that she could try it. The customer was purchasing a sale item, so I advised that the coupon says regular priced items and the clerk agreed.

I gave it a try as the clerk was willing to give it a go - picked $300 of regular priced items (the Nexus tablet, plus some non sale chocolates), used the 30% off coupon, which brought the bill to $211.45 (darn env fee of $1.50) and redeemed for $210 fine - I was OOP $10.57 (used my Indian Status card for the PST). I was very surprised it worked, the clerk was fine about it. Not sure why mine worked and yours did not.
