No points transfer this morning! I hope this doesn't interrupt people's redemption. I can't transfer enough points to do a full redemption today

Their Facebook page is full of upset customers and a few frustrated CSR's. The regular website works but the Optimum page does not

Glad I transferred my mom's points to my card last night (although I suppose I had enough to do the redemption myself, and just get her points later).

It's always better to do it ahead of time. This time of year websites and interac get so much traffic it slows everything down.
