Any recommendations for hand cream?

I love the Garnier Lotion that we all bought this year. It is fantastic and smells pretty and lasts long and truly moisturises and heals at the same time. I hope find something that works for you. Good luck.

I asked the pharmacist a couple of weeks ago for the best hand cream for dry, chapped hands that are in water a lot, and he recommended "Prevex". It costs more, but works really well. It is not oily. Medical personnel use this cream. It has stopped my hands from being red and cracking. Love it!
