Ohhh I love fudge recipes! Mine recipe is (and I just made 20 doz)

    Cherry Balls:

    1.5 cups icing sugar
1.5 cups shredded coconut (small shredded, unsweetened)
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 tbsp milk
    1 tsp vanilla

Marischino cherries (1 375 ml jar makes about 4 dozen)
    Graham cracker crumbs

Mix the sugar, butter and coconut. I use a stand mixer with the dough hook attachments. It will be clumpy. Slowly add milk, then vanilla. It should be really stiff and thick. (do not use a cheap mixer you will burn out the motor if it can't handle it - did that last christmas) Put in more milk, vanilla, or icing sugar depending on consistency, to make it thinner or thicker.

Drain cherries and dry on paper towel. Put cherry in the middle of sugar mixure and roll into a ball. Depending on how much sugar you like, make a thick or thin layer around the the cherry. Roll in graham wafer crumbs. Refridgerate ir freeze! No cooking involved!!

These are an easy treat, I used to take them to work since they cooked up in a jiffy all one pan

    One pan bar cookies

    1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1 cup butterscotch flavored chips
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
    1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with a sheet of foil, making sure to cover the sides well. Place the butter in the baking pan and melt it in the oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter; pour condensed milk on top of crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed, press down firmly with fork. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
