That was last week's offer... a few ran and did gc's and got the points... and spent them fast before they got taken back LOL I doubt that computer glitch will happen again.

My points were fine too... but those that bought GC's did get points clawed back... I am not being silly it is fact... if you still had yours and purchased gc's to get the points then you were lucky. It was a system glitch where the points were not supposed to be given... If you did purchase gc's and you still had your points... I am glad you got away with it.

    Can't read the small print. Can the B$100G200 & B$200G500 be combined with the B$100G100 & B$200G300?

I doubt it but the flyer coupons are usually automatically added at the cash while the email.direct will have to be scanned.

Bloody amazing if you can. The B$200G500 amounts to a 26% savings alone.

I read the B$200G300 from the paper and it states "Airmiles coupons cannot be combined with any other discount offer or Airmiles coupon offer including Customer Appreciation Day & Seniors Day." What if you gave both coupons to the cashier? Would they cancel each other out or would you just get the lower offer?

Yeah i ran the math... those that are planning on getting the 50 veggies and 20 bum fluff will pay $230 with tax (in alberta) out and get back a airmiles credit of $148.53. Of course you can tag on coupons for the purex and a $5 wub50 coupon to reduce that by up to $20 if your lucky. That leaves all items at .87 a pack if you have the coupons to back it up. << those are amazing prices... but you have to buy so much to make it work that I have to pass. I have a year supply of bathroom tissue already and that is too many veggies.

I just got back from Safeway, and I had a terrific cashier. I had the 500 AM coupon and she scanned the 300 AM coupon (without me asking, I didn't even think about it), plus the frozen food and the FB chocolate and the Purex = 987 AM. Then I went next door to the liquor store where it was spend 100get 100 AM with a special on WolfBlass for $10.50 a bottle plus 5 Airmiles per bottle = 150 AM. So 1137 AM's - not too bad. My cashier at the grocery store even high fived me. Too much fun!

ROFLMAO! You know OB, we're definitely counting on your for a super early analysis this week! LOL! Need to know which flyer to shop from for the 500AM! (Not that this week's flyer had any real screaming deals!) I haven't been shopping much at Safeway lately- horrible customer service and deals are bleh, but for 500AM I will stock up on some sale items that can sit on my shelves for awhile!
