I signed up last October and have never had a survey. I went to the site yesterday to look at my profile and I noticed that my province was blank. I tried twice to enter Ontario but every time I went to save changes, the province part was still blank.
Can anyone check their profile to see if all the boxes are filled? I did send a question to them asking if that was normal.$10 sign up bonus: http://hits4pay.com/members/index.cgi?lilviolet

Province is filled in on my profile.
Did you select the country when you registered? It can't be changed afterwards so if it wasn't filled out maybe it is rejecting your provincial information because it thinks you're in a different country.
It took me years to reach a payout with GTM, but then after my first payout the surveys really sped up and a few months later I'm almost back up to another one.

Country says Canada, but province is still blank even though I've tried updating it. I haven't heard back from them yet.$10 sign up bonus: http://hits4pay.com/members/index.cgi?lilviolet

got this email last night...
Dear GlobalTestMarket member,
On October 1st, 2008, GlobalTestMarket released a new survey engine. In the process of transferring large amounts of data to the new system, we have unfortunately experienced slower than usual processing times which has caused some unexpected delays.
Please rest assured that we are recording your MarketPoints and survey activity in real time, and that your account information will be current and consistent throughout shortly.
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding during this time.
Sincerely,
GlobalTestMarket
ya the last few weeks i haven't been getting credited with points for any of my surveys...hopefully they fix this soon...just when i finally got to within 50 points of cashing out!...
mom4boys1girl: how long did it take your cheque to come?

I cancelled my account with them since it wasn't working and my husband signed up. He tried one survey, got all the way through and then there was a system error and he was never able to complete the final click to finish the survey.
