Their surveys are not loading lately ( almost a week ) , anyone has the same issue ?

Yes! I was stuck at pages that never loaded. I thought it was my outdated computer. I unblocked my ad-blocker that I have installed. This helped on some surveys. Maybe if you have an ad blocker try turning it off on GlobalTestmarket pages.


EDIT: Nevermind, while it worked for a little while, I'm now receiving loading pages on all surveys again. I messaged them about it. Waiting for response.

Thanks JD1007 . I don't have any ad-blocker on any of my gears and tried to load the survey thru my ipad, laptop and desktop, no luck!!!

Edit: guess they finally fixed the issue. Load smoothly as usual now ..... even most of the survey I didn’t qualify

I cant seem to login in anymore now that they have switched over to life points. It says my membership is unavailable and to contact support. Glad I cashed out when they announced the change. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have not experienced any login issues... but cash out seems a bit slower than usual ... been 10 days already still haven’t yet got my reward!

I don't like how spammed I'm getting in my inbox, survey invitations coming in nonstop! I'm sure they get a commission on that so they tell you they can't remove the emails(no such thing), anyone else? very annoying (they're not even active surveys)

Me as well ... I now receive 5-10 invitations a day which i find very annoying... especially quite a few of them are repeat from surveys which i didn't qualify !!! Another thing I don't like about it is ... it used to be one click quick link to the survey , but now it usually takes you to the login page which is i find is a bit waste of time ... and the login usually time out in certain amount of time , so there're time when I finished the survey and they showed a time out page ... time spent but not getting paid ... how frustrated !!!

have you tried to pm them through facebook ? I find most corporations have much faster respond through social media nowadays.

I was trying to do the surveys on my ipad and kept getting kicked out. They advise that their surveys are not set up for mobile devices.

Did you try logging in with a laptop?

Yes, just tried again on my laptop, and no luck. I tried sending them a message again for a second time.
