Maile wears 3T and we shop at Joe Fresh, Baby Gap, Walmart, & Gymboree the most for her. We don't mind gently used clothing either. We try to buy cotton clothing as she has mild eczema and she doesn't have reactions to cotton. So please no fleece, wool, or anything itchy.
Fruity/Hawaiian themed scents (tropical or coconut) we enjoy. We don't like flowery or pine scents though.
We kinda celebrate as a family and go out for dinner & a movie. We enjoy places like Swiss Chalet, East Side Mario's and Mandarin to name a few.
Haha, ummm no thank you to adult themed toys... DH & I are trying for #2 though

Buddy, are there any "stockpiled" items you need?
Just curious...Do you want Cars themed instant macaroni & cheese? I have a ton! DD doesn't like it and prefers good ole Kraft mac & cheese instead.

1)Buddy, is there anything from Epicure that you're interested in?
I'm good thanks!
2) Buddy, are there any colours you DONT like?
Basically earth tones
3) buddy what is your favourite colour?
White, blue, teals/turquoise, grey, black, jewel tones basically (except for green), and I'm happy that orchids is the "hot" colour of 2014
4) Buddy, what kinds of Valentine items do you like?
L/s tshirt for Alexa, a tea towel, board book for Alexa. Cinnamon hearts (not a lot, but i like a little dose each year to remind me of when i enjoyed Valentines as a kid. A nice tall mug would be nice.
5) Buddy - if you have kid (s), what size(s) and stores fit best?
Alexa is 18 in Carter's, 18-24 mos at Children's Place. 18 months in some of the stuff from Target, but honestly, most other brands are wide or fit funny on her. She's also pretty good for clothing at the moment.
6) Buddy what are your favourite scents? Any scent you really dislike?
Chamomile and lavender will make me sick. Not a fan of overly floral stuff or outdoorsy stuff. My fave scents are coconut lime verbena from Bath and Body Work or vanilla or satsuma type scents
7) We don't celebrate Valentine's Day. Don made that clear from Day 1. Anniversary, days etc are different, but VDay is out. So I'll celebrate it through Alexa and her daycare fun!
8 ) Adult gifts = no thanks.Last edited by PammieD; Sun, Jan 26th, 2014 at 02:18 AM.

Crest-Pro Health toothpaste

Razors
Adult Toothbrushes (preferably the Oral-B Pro-Health ones)
Funny you say that, Hannah used to like shaped pasta, but now she won't eat it, only the regular shaped ones. So no to cars pasta.

I plan on hitting a few stores tomorrow. Hopefully those along with my online order will finish up my package.
Today has been a quiet day here. DH is doing overtime so the kids and I made some "cloud dough" this morning then after that they definitely needed a bath. So I made up coloured paint (with food colouring and shave cream) and let them play for awhile. Then we watched a movie and had popcorn. Now I'm trying to get motivated to finish the last little bits of laundry.
DH suggested we order out tonight so I'm thinking Chinese food. Yummy!

I do bake and cook but only the basics - nothing extravagant (I try to limit the amount of yummy food in the house - I swear I gain weight by just looking at it. lol).
Unfortunately I'm not really crafty, although I would love magnetic paint! I've been thinking about turning the doors of our huge pantry into a kids artwork display.

I'm so excited. I won an ebay auction for a dress that I've been eyeing (I lost 2 previous ones for the same dress). I'm hoping to wear it to SIL's wedding this coming July. Is it fancy enough for a wedding?
