    Hey,

    In the Walmart (West) flyer they have the softsoap refills on for $1 could we use that save $1 off any antibacterial soft soap hand wash coupon from save.ca? the coupon does not say you cant use it on refills but does not say you can either so i am not sure.

    As long as the refill you're buying are of the "antibacterial" kind, you'll be fine.
