Try to sleep not less than 8 hours. Lack of sleep is the main reason of dark circles.
As for creams, I tried many of them but ROC is the best one for me. Try that.

Blotchy brown spots develop on the skin for several reasons. Sun exposure over time, certain medications (such as estrogen and other hormones), genetics alone--all contribute to the brown spots and sun spots. Generally, a brown spot is a focal area of either a higher number of pigment cells (called “melanocytes”) or an increased number of pigment molecules (called “melanin”) located within the melanocyte.
Some excess melanin resides in your your top layer of skin, or epidermis. Some excess melanin is deeper, in the dermis. Thus, brown spots are really a diverse group of skin issues; different types of increased pigmentation require different lightening treatments such as laser IPL.
See your dermatologist for further skin analysis or less invasive treatments.

Maybe that's why you still have under eye circles. I believe, using too many creams at the same time can cause more damage than benefits. Maybe you should use only one brand, and when it doesn't help, stop using that, wait for a while and switch to another one. But be cautious with creams, don't use more "radical" ones (anti-wrinkle, anti-aging) aimed at more mature people.
For me, ROC helps. I don't want to use "strong" creams like Lancome or Dior, or Olay Pro-X. They are anti-wrinkle creams but if you don't have wrinkles they may give opposite effect. Can try a little experiment on yourself. Tighten your skin on your hand which doesn't have wrinkle. What can you see? Right, fine lines, wrinkles. And now tighten that part of your skin which does have fine lines. You see, lines disappear, skin looks tightened. So after anti-wrinkle creams. They cause fine lines and wrinkles on the skin which does not have them (or even if has light fine lines, they will turn into wrinkles), but can tighten the skin which does have them. So it's better using moisturizing creams at least up to 35 years of age and avoid anti-wrinkle ones. That's why many young people are dependent on anti-wrinkle creams once they start using them. Otherwise, if they don't use, their "tightened" skin (because of the cream) will loose its elasticity. I hope, you understand me.Last edited by Mia; Wed, Mar 19th, 2014 at 11:45 PM.
