1st time going to the states to shop

Ok I need help please. me and my friend will be going to Buffalo in two weeks to do shopping. basically will be clothing for both men, women and kids. its our first time going there, we have no idea where to look for bargain. like any outlets stores that are a more cheaper than the mall? any coupons to use, limit of $$$ for border crossing after shopping ( be going there on Friday and coming back on sunday). any tip will be very much appreciated. Thanks

I prefer to stay in Niagara Falls. It is cheaper than Buffalo and if you are going to Galleria you can get there quick on the highway. I usually call the bridge number before we cross but my choice is Queenston Lewiston or Rainbow, so I stay closer to those two. I hate the Peace Bridge I have alawys found the traffic to be a nightmare.
My choices to stay are the Sleep Inn close to Blvd Mall (address is keepers lane). This Mall has gone downhill IMO but this hotel is close the places I want to shop. Or the Best Western Summit Park. This is close to the Outlets, please keep me out of Kate Spade. Both hotels are close to a Target and a Walmart and have breakfast included with a pool & free wifi.
I love Kohls so much I have their credit card and I always score amazing deals there. It is a department store.
Before you go checkout US deal sites like moneysavingmomdotcom, she links up to other great sites as well. Also you can print most US coupons through the .com version of smart source. I have a list of things I like to buy in the US and have a few choice grocery stores. All US stores will give you the customer loyalty card and Wegmans has some nice freebies that come with signing up for the card. it. I Iike Wegmans for the range of GF food (for a friend’s daughter) and then have to go to TOPS as DH & the boys love their half and half iced tea. Make sure you look at the Target US coupons as the same rules apply there. I often buy the Sunday paper if I know I will be back within 2 months as they have loads of inserts in every Sunday.
With this length of stay you can bring back liquor. We often go just for one night so can’t bring any alcohol back.

My only advice is to book a hotel with priceline, haha. Another tip is to always go to the customer service desk when you go to an outlet and ask for their coupon booklet. Sometimes you might have to pay $5 or something, but it should be worth it. Last time my friends and I got one of these coupon booklets, it saved us at least 100$

Macy's is at Boulevard Mall and Galleria. Their one day sales (which are frequent and run for 2 days) are a great deal. If you are an 'out of state' customer, ask for an extra 15% discount at the register. Niagara Falls Boulevard has many popular US stores, including a new Trader Joe's. There's also a BJ's Warehouse Club nearby, you can get a guest pass there to shop without buying a membership, in case that's of interest to you.

If you are going to the outlet malls, check their websites first. you can figure out which stores are having sales so you can hit those first lol
