I am in Alberta but I don't see: Buy 2 Knorr recipe soups & earn 500 points – April 11-17 in my flyer. Is it any email offer or may be just in BC?

I would think so. Here is from their coupon policy (look at the last bullet):
Store issued coupons: store coupons are distributed through flyers, email, in-store kiosks, social media and direct mail.
Our store system reinforces the conditions of every coupon we receive to ensure that specifications are met (including banner, date,
product specifications, limits, combinations, etc).
Can be combined with 1 (one) vendor (manufacturer) coupons.

Thanks, Fallen. I don't get emails from save-on but I guess could just give it a try.Last edited by sporatic; Sun, Apr 13th, 2014 at 09:54 PM.

Depending on what you spend the points on they seem to be mostly between $1.75 to $2.25 per 1,000 points if purchasing gift cards. At the moment a single passenger ferry ticket Tswassen to Swartz Bay comes in at $2.50/1,000 pts.
If I recall from an earlier post I made on hotels if you go "Cash + Points" on hotels you can get as high as $5/1,000 points.
Was just looking at some of the values on Gift Cards at the More Rewards site. The average looks to be around 1000pts = $2 (I'll calculate a full average later).
However, I also looked at the hotels offered checking on values. I all cases they offer 1) a full point exchange for gift cards and 2) a cash + point exchange.
In all cases, except one (Accent Inns) you can get a much better value with the cash + points option.
Accent Inns $75 Gift Card
Free with 32,000 points
OR
only $45 plus 15,000 points

Best Western $50 Travel Card

a) The first set of numbers below are the value of the card divided by the total number of More pts. to buy it
b) The second set is the dollar savings divided by the More pts. needed to opt for the cash + points option.
If b) is higher than a) then you're getting better value for your points by opting for the cash + points option.
What can't be determined is the quality & dollar cost of the hotel. Best Western, which has a good points program of it's own is a more expensive gift card ($1.85/1000 pts) but Coast is a more expensive hotel. However, the better value on the Coast gift cards ($2.77/1,000 pts.) might offset the price difference. It's something everyone has to decide for themselves. (The cash + points option also favours Coast $5.00/1,000 vs. $3.33/1,000).
1. Accent Inns $75/32,000 = a)$2.34/1,000 pts vs b)$30/15,000 = $2.00/1,000 pts
2. Best Western $50 GC/27,000 = a) $1.85/1000pts vs b) $10/3,000 = $3.33/1000 pts.
3. Coast Hotels a) $100 GC/36,000 $2.77/1000pts vs b) $20/4,000 = $5/1,000 pts
4. Marriott a)$75/38,000 = $1.97/1000 pts vs. b)$26/13,000 pts = $2/1,000 pts
5. Sparkling Hill Resort a) $100/36,000 = $2.77/1,000 pts. vs. b) $25/5,000 = $5/1,000 pts.
6. Sandman Hotels a) $50/26,000 = $1.92/1,000 pts. vs. b) $15/3,300 = $4.55/1,000 pts.
Also, I don't know if there are any charges/fees to purchase a full or cash + points offer.
Buy any 5 Quaker products get 2,000 points ($4-$5???)
Tropicana $3.50
Quaker Instant Oatmeal $2.50
Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix $2.50
Quaker Life Cereal $3.00
I have 3 FPC's left so this works for me.
Nothing else in the flyer attracts my eye.

Thanks OB - the Quaker deal looks good ... plus I have a coupon for B4 Quaker (tropicana/oatmeal/aunt jemima or Harvest crunch) and get free eggs - up to $4 value ... so I think I'll be getting the Aunt Jemima and Quaker Harvest stuff (prices look pretty decent for out West ) .... no FPCs here - but need eggs (it is Easter weekend!) .....

As I get used to this Save-On shopping I'm starting to pick up that not all offers are listed in the flyer.
Just in Tillicum and see many Western Family brands are on sdale + points.
Not outstanding but bought a dozen tinned pineapple.
$0.95 +25 points each (They showed it reg. $1.99 I think but I never pay over $1.00 for tinned pineapple).
