Can you pay for prescriptions with GCs in Ontario? My SIL has Chron's and gets all her supplies and prescriptions from Shoppers. If she can use GCs to pay for them, that would be major points earners.

Yes - I live in Ontario and pay for them with GCs all the time.

Yes, I always pay prescriptions with gc's, but my sister in law in Edmonton also gets pts for total amount of her prescriptions!! Here in ontario we never got pts!,

No, which is too bad. I looked it up, and the Ontario College of Pharmacists feels that offering bonuses on buying prescriptions (like Optimum points or Airmiles) encourages people to risk their health by putting off their purchases until an event where they can earn more (this was just one excuse).
