Ipsos i-Say will also pay with Amazon.ca giftcards (although the only option at present is a $100 giftcard @ 1000 points). There are Chapters/Indigo and other giftcards as well. http://www.i-say.com/

As for Daily Survey Panel, I was able to use my Canadian info to register, and they say they allow people from Canada to join, so maybe something screwy happened with their site and you should try again later.

It's not a survey site, but if you aren't already signed up you could try Swag Bucks. It's a search engine like Google, except you earn "swag bucks" when you search. The amount and frequency of the wins vary, and it is random, but I've found it rewarding. In about two months I've gotten $25 worth of Amazon money.
