Hey I have tried the papertowel and it is horrible...use it as fire logs haha....JK
But...the kleenex I found good unless you are suffering from one of those non stop colds or allergies.
Great for school kids and just everyday use.
Now TP for the price is about the same. Its not charmin but when u are on a budget Its the way to go.
My rule of thumb is .30 cents a roll or less....And this fits the bill.
Will get 2 for myself and 4 for donation.

Thanks for tip OP, will check out Walmart's Cascade.
Just an FYI To determine if you're getting the best deal, we now calculate by sheet because every company has a different number of sheets per roll. Best price is $.0007/sheet and any average sale price or store brand's discounted price is up to $.0012/sheet. Did you notice the size of the sheets are shrinking?

Thats good to know about by the sheet. will start taking that into account.
Great tip!
